Finally it's spring, it's summer - almost - life seems so wonderful and light.

Numbers (Theme Day)

This is a rather 'new' number. You will find it in Rheinauhafen (the old harbour), where they are renovating the old warehouses and building spectacular new ones. Other photos see right side: Category "Harbour/Hafen".

But I would like to show you another number. Did you know that Cologne Cathedral has got a housenumber? "Domkloster 4". If you have got a letter to write to the Three Magi, you know the address now ;-)

This, too, is Cologne

There are so many faces of Cologne. This is rural Cologne, right side of Rhine - as we call it. You can find little oasis there, fields and cows and creeks. On my way to work I pass there and it's a pleasure to see it.

Köln hat so viel Gesichter ... im Rechtsrheinische sieht es immer noch ein wenig ländlich aus, hier und da. Auf dem Weg zur Arbeit zaubert diese kleine ländliche Idylle jedes Mal ein Lächeln auf mein Gesicht.

"Where are you?"

Gil wanted to know where I am. Well right here, in my garden. When I'm not in the garden, I am at work. When I'm not at work, I work in the house. When I don't work IN the house, I work OUT of the house. And so on and on ... There is an old mother, too ...
